Terms of Use of the Social Network WOOWSENT

Welcome to the Woowsent Social Network ("Woowsent"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Woowsent platform located at https://woowsent.com/ ("Platform").
By using Woowsent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legal agreement. If you are using Woowsent on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms and Conditions.
2. User Registration
To access certain features of Woowsent, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Obligations of the User
3.1. Compliance with Applicable Laws
You agree to use Woowsent in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. Use of the Platform
You understand and acknowledge that all content shared or published on Woowsent is the sole responsibility of the users providing such content. You agree not to post or transmit any content that is:
- Unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
- Contains or promotes sexually explicit material, extreme violence, or hate speech.
- Threatens or harasses other users.
- Depicts or exploits children in any way, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
3.3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt the operation or security of the Platform, including, but not limited to, hacking, spamming, or transmitting viruses.

3.5. Content and Conduct Policy (Key Anti-Spam and Quality Rules)
To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, you specifically agree NOT to:
Spam and Automate: Use the Platform for spamming, defined as posting unwanted, repetitive content, or using automated systems (bots, scripts, AI) to generate accounts or content. This includes mass messaging, posting identical comments, or creating low-value, auto-generated blog posts.
Circumvent Advertising: Post commercial content that promotes products, services, or third-party websites in personal blogs, profiles, or posts without using the official, paid advertising tools. This is considered a direct circumvention of the Platform's monetization and a serious violation.
Abuse Platform Features: Use the Platform solely for data scraping, systematic content distribution, or any other activity that abuses the functionality without genuine social interaction.
4. Intellectual Property
a. Copyright: All content and materials available on Woowsent, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Woowsent or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
b. Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Woowsent grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes.
5. Third-Party Websites and Advertising
Woowsent may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Woowsent is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or performance of any third-party websites, services, or advertising. You access such third-party websites at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woowsent, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, reputation, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
7. Modification and Termination
Woowsent reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time and for any reason without notice. Woowsent may also change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Woowsent expressly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content and to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms, in particular the rules outlined in section 3.5. Such termination may be carried out without prior notice and will result in the forfeiture of any unused paid services without a refund.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with EU law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the EU, and you expressly waive any objection to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Woowsent with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, oral or written, between you and Woowsent.
